Where do we provide event medical cover?
Our published service area includes Manchester and Greater Manchester, Cheshire, the wider North West of England and North Wales. Our contact page also identifies Lancashire. Send the actual venue postcode, dates and operating hours so that availability, travel and deployment arrangements can be confirmed.

What services can organisers discuss?
- Event medical teams and first aid, planned around the venue, programme, people attending and assessed risks.
- Ambulance cover, with the crew, equipment and any transport role expressly agreed for the booking.
- Rapid response vehicles to bring medical personnel and equipment to incidents as part of the agreed plan. An RRV is not a patient-carrying ambulance.
Our services support sporting, running, athletics, corporate, community, motorsport, street food, television and film events. The actual personnel, vehicles, hours and scope depend on the agreed provision.
How is a booking confirmed?
Share the event date, venue and postcode, programme, expected attendance, activities and a site or route map. Include access restrictions and any medical specification already requested by the venue or relevant event bodies.
We review the information and discuss suitable resources. An enquiry or quotation alone is not a confirmed booking. Agree availability, scope, hours and the terms of business with our team.
